What I collect
When you submit the enquiry form, I collect your name, email address, and any other details you choose to include, such as your clinic name, phone number, or a description of your social media challenges.
Cookies
I don't use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. The site sets one strictly necessary cookie (__cf_bm) from Cloudflare, used for basic security and bot protection. Because it's strictly necessary for the site to run safely, it doesn't require your consent under UK rules, but I'm telling you about it here for transparency.
How I use it
Enquiry details are used only to respond to your message and, if we work together, to deliver the agreed services. I don't sell or share your information with third parties, and I don't use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a working relationship are kept for as long as needed to follow up, then deleted. If you become a client, information is retained for the duration of our engagement and for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes afterwards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, or ask me to stop using it. To do so, email nicola@nicolajvirtualsupport.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
